WINEMAKERS NOTES:

Handpicked at 19.5 B in the early mornings. Whole bunch pressed and fermented very cold. Free run juice and press juice kept separate.Bottled early after harvest (5months) for secondary fermentation to ensure long lees contact (9 months) before riddling and degorging.
